Return Policy
Shipping Info - Orders usually ship out the same or next business day. Most orders will be shipped with Priority or First Class USPS Mail, and sometimes UPS depending on the type of order. We try to get your crystals out as quickly as possible!
We do not accept returns due to the unique and fragile nature of our crystals and meticulous packing. If we do make an exception to this, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
We can not cancel orders once they are placed.
If your order somehow happens to get damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for a solution. Please make sure to send photos of the damage.
